BPT has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification, an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems. The certification demonstrates that BPT has implemented an effective Quality Management System across the business which satisfies all of the requirements of the applicable standards for the products and services we provide to our customers.
As part of this, we have also demonstrated that we have the correct measures in place to monitor customer satisfaction and react accordingly, a strong commitment to you from BPT.
