We're delighted to announce that BPT has been shortlisted for the UK Customer Experience Awards in the Small Contact Centre category.
Reaching the finals is fantastic news and is testimony to the hard work and excellent customer service provided by our dedicated UK based Call Centre team. After a full review in 2017, we changed our approach to improve many aspects of our customer service. This has not gone unnoticed by our customers, who are giving us great feedback on our strong product knowledge, resolution of queries, right first time order processing and our overall approach to helping them and their business to be more successful. As a result our levels of customer satisfaction have never been higher.

We're looking forward to being at the awards evening on the 11th October at Wembley Stadium, to take part in, what will be, a great evening of celebrating the very best in customer experience.
The event took place at Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham on Friday 15th November, celebrating the best of everything in the construction industry with the biggest brands in attendance.
